The Divine Pups Difference

Hey Reader,

I could talk all day about how much I love these puppies, but what really sets Divine Pups apart is our standard.

Every decision, from how our mamas are cared for to how our puppies are raised, is done with purpose and integrity.

For us, breeding isn’t just about raising adorable Shih Tzus (though we’ll admit, we’ve mastered that part). It’s about creating emotionally balanced, confident, well-prepared puppies who are ready to thrive in your home and heart.

Here’s what that looks like behind the scenes:

• We raise with purpose starting on day three. Every puppy begins a service-dog inspired curriculum early → ENS, ESI, sound exposure, new textures, problem solving, crate foundations, and confidence building. This is why Divine puppies walk into new homes more prepared, more adaptable, and less overwhelmed.

• We don’t guess → we evaluate with unmatched expertise. Every puppy receives a full 12-trait temperament evaluation so families are matched based on who the puppy actually is, not what color bow they’re wearing. And yes, I’m the ONLY Tier 2 BAB Certified Shih Tzu Evaluator in the entire nation. That level of insight simply doesn’t exist anywhere else.

• Health and nutrition come first, every single time. Our puppies are raised on species-appropriate food and targeted supplements that support digestion, immunity, joints, skin, and coat. A solid nutritional foundation now means fewer vet visits later and a healthier adult dog long-term.

• Ethical breeding isn’t a buzzword here, it’s the standard. Parents are fully health tested, pairings are chosen intentionally, and we do NOT chase size trends or marketing labels. We’re also AKC inspected and 100% compliant, real accountability, not just promises.

• Support doesn’t end on go-home day. Divine families text, call, and reach out for guidance long after their puppy leaves us. And I encourage it. Once you’re part of the Divine family, you stay in it, whether it’s a question about food, training, grooming, behavior, or anything in between.

• This is not a “breeding hobby.” It’s my life’s work and purpose. I’m a Certified Dog Trainer, a BAB Comprehensive Breeder, and the founder of a therapy dog group. Many of our Shih Tzus grow into ESA or therapy roles because they’re raised with intention from the start.

But what truly defines the Divine Pups difference?

We don’t stop when a puppy goes home.

Once you’re part of the Divine family, you’re always part of it.
We’re here for every milestone, question, and “look how big they’ve gotten!” moment.

Because raising the bar isn’t a goal, it’s our standard.

With love (and very high standards),
